Inventory Planning

Plan your stocks, create your policies, simulate scenarios and project the health of your inventory in an intelligent and assertive way.

Using the nPlan platform, you can simulate and define your stock policies based on historical demand, which is automatically evaluated by the software. Your ABC, PQR, XYZ and 123 curves are taken into account to set up a specific strategy for each type of product in order to guarantee the best stock health and service level.

Real companies. Proven results.

Improve your stocks

Your company will be able to avoid excess inventory, as the stock policies generated for each scenario will follow the strategy of each type of product, according to its demand profile, projecting the future stock of each SKU that the plan has generated.

Reduce disruptions

Ruptures are reduced because, for each type of product, you define which parameters will be used, varying the safety stock, the expected service level and the costs derived from each strategy.

Reduce costs

With better inventory planning, your company will increase its inventory turnover, eliminate slow movers and have the capital employed in inventory that is ideal for your operation, thus reducing unnecessary costs.

Less frustration.

More results.

We know that the Supply Chain digitalization journey is complex. We won't promise miracle solutions. We develop projects that we are fully convinced will deliver results, so we guarantee projects with no surprises.

How it works:

Finite capacity

Carry out your industry's Production Scheduling taking into account the availability of resources, synchronization between operations and all other constraints.

Business rules

Count on a solution that absorbs specific business rules in a personalized way, meeting the needs of your industry.

Simulations and Heuristics

Simulate different scenarios to find solutions that seek to minimize costs, lead times, inefficiencies and stocks.

Agile Responses to Unforeseen Events

Respond quickly to changes in demand and last-minute unforeseen events, integrated with your ERP, reducing your team's effort and impacting all areas linked to PPCP.

How it works:

Demand Classification

Based on actual demand history, nPlan classifies each product, whether finished or even semi-finished, and raw materials, through a materials explosion, into a demand profile, according to ABC, PQR, XYZ, 123 or other classifications important to your business.

Automated and configurable stock policies

For each demand profile, you decide which inventory and fulfillment strategy you will use in this simulation scenario, in order to define your inventory policies (safety stock, batches, etc.).

Stock Health Projection against MPS

Based on the stock policies in your scenario, the nPlan heuristic will generate a resupply plan for these stocks over time in order to meet them, but taking into account the capacity limitations that your operation has. This way, you can assess the health of your stocks over time.

Scenario Evaluation

Now it's up to you to analyze your scenario and work with possibilities, what-if cases and creating and comparing 'n' scenarios to make your decision.
