Testimonial:

"In the midst of implementing the APS Credeal project, we were facing the strongest point of the existing market crisis. With the new demand pattern (smaller batches), lower volumes of PM available and the need to feed our cash flow more quickly, Opcenter APS came in at just the right time. In a short period of time, we were able to have a broader view of our CCRs and take strategic actions that, together with the technology, gave us a more efficient delivery. Even with a lower volume of production, we achieved significant improvements in reducing setups and, consequently, increasing productivity."
