Docile is one of Brazil's largest candy manufacturers and currently the country's largest exporter of sweets and candies. Founded in 1991 in the city of Lajeado, in Rio Grande do Sul, Docile's portfolio includes more than 170 traditional and premium items, divided into seven categories: gum candies, pastilles, regaliz (straws and ribbons), chicles, jelly candies, marshmallows and powdered soft drinks. Each of the product categories has its own process flow, with special attention to gum and jelly candies, which have some processes in common.
